Most of us have heard rumors about Russian brides. The problem is disseminating the truthful rumors from the lies. When thinking about Russian women, the first thing that comes to mind is usually beauty. Luckily, this stereotype is generally true. Women in Russia take pride in their appearance and enjoy wearing nice clothes and makeup. They rarely are overweight and have great figures and are tall. Luckily, the stereotype about Russian brides being peasants is false. While the girls may come from small towns, they are well educated and many have university educations. This means that a majority of Russians speak English, though not necessarily fluently. There is also an image of Russian brides being big spenders. In many cases, especially when the women are not kept on a strict budget, this tends to be true. Because of economic hard times, Russians learned to enjoy luxuries while they can afford them. They also learned how to live on a budget during these hard times. It will be up to you to make sure that you set financial boundaries. Of course, Russian brides are all different and you will find many beautiful women looking for husbands.
