I am a 49 year old in excellent health. I swim and exercise often, am fairly attractive and consider myself to be a kind and loving, and loyal person. I have many interests but my passion is swimming and fitness and my devotion to God. Really I enjoy many things and much more so when I have someone I care about to be with.

I was married to a Russian woman for the over 7 years and find women from that area of the world attractive, interesting - much more feminine than western women! I do speak and read some basic Russian but am not conversational.
