I am a 39 year old Senior Systems Analyst. I have been in the Information Technology business for over 15 years and I love what I do for a living.
I love the outdoors. I love camping, hiking, hunting, fishing, watching football/baseball. I like to have fun and be goofy and I like to laugh and make the people around me laugh as well.
I am looking for someone who would like to enjoy the short time we have left on this planet together. Someone there who I would want to log off the computer for so we can go for a walk or a bike ride; Someone who I can bring breakfast in bed to; Someone who likes romance; Someone who likes to be pampered but is also independent; Someone to care for and support mentally, physically and emotionally.
Life is way too short and I just want someone to share my dreams and days with.
I have an adorable 5 year old son that lives with his mother. I am divorced after 15 years of marriage. I get to see my son approximately every other weekend. We got married too early and for the wrong reasons and it was time for both of us to quit acting like the relationship could last forever. We remain friends and are both committed to the healthy upbringing of our little boy. He is a very important part of my life.
I would like to find someone who can find the adventure in the everyday little things as well as planning and taking trips to far away places. Going to dinner, to the movies, and even going to the grocery store together is fun when you enjoy the person you are with. I want that kind of relationship in everyday life and I also want someone who would like to plan big vacations with me and travel to exotic destinations. I am ready to explore the world with someone who wants to have fun exploring it with me.
I think one of the most important gifts I have been given is that I am the only boy in my family of four siblings. Having only sisters has taught me to have a respect for women and a perspective on relationships that I think a whole lot of guys are just clueless about. Listening, respecting, romancing, cuddling, and laughing with the girl in my life is all very important to me and it is one of my life goals to pass on this respect for women to my son. I want him to learn to be one of the good guys and so I try will do my best to be the example for him.
I love kids and even though I am a responsible adult, I tend to gravitate toward them and they toward me. I have always loved the wonderment and honesty that children possess and never want to lose that part of my personality no matter what the world has to say about it.
I want to cherish the person in my life like a flower and give all the sunshine and water needed for a healthy and happy relationship to grow between us.
I am hopeful that the right girl is still out there and that she realizes I am the one she has been looking for. It doesn't matter where you are from, if we click we click.
If you want to meet a friend first and then see where things go from there, then I hope to hear from you.
Thanks!
-Eddie
