my name is ibrahim and from turkey. While performing his duty as Director General of Personnel, he was assigned as Governor of Niğde on 29th January 1992, as Governor of Kayseri on 27th September 1993, as Governor of Gaziantep on 6th July 1994, as Governor of Samsun on 28th July 2000 . After assinging as Governor of İstanbul on 30th January 2003 , he took his post on 17th February 2003.
