I'm the OCoordinator and co-founder of the Pro team Ridgebacks. I will make offers for your WR (my biggest need), your CB another huge need (we have one shut down, but need another) and your HB (we have a great hb already, but that would be a hell of a 1 2 punch. The owner who has our hb would probably be willing to take a back seat if necessary, I'd hesitate to add the OT as well only because, the real life chemistry of our team is primary to us and we try not to put too many players from the same agent on the team. Money is not an issue, we can work that out I'm sure. Financially we are set for the next several seasons. We've been fortunate with wins in the two seasons of our history and our fan support is 100's across the board, ie money keeps rolling in. I'll match or beat any offers.

A bit about our team, we won the championship AAA the first year and moved to pro, finished 3rd, in the pros and should have been first, our Offense was the top scoring offense in the entire league, we did this on the absolute fewest offensive plays per game in the entire league. That should say it all as a possible receiver for our team. We score fast, ie we pass. You'd be a starting 1 or 2 WR. I have a WR on the team, but am going to move him to 5 on the depth chart. That's how we the owner and I have done things on this team. This team is NOT about our own players. Our QB finished the regular season with the highest QB rating of the entire league. We were 9th in passing yardage per game, 6th in passing TD's and 1st in yards/completion. Our rushing game yielded the highest yards/carry in the league as well. all of this was out of all 32 teams in the league.

The Ridgebacks are player driven, the players named the team, most everyone is active on the forums. We always try and find newer more innovative ways of doing things. For instance, the last season I decided to make game balls mean something. At the end of the season we've restructured everyone's contracts, keeping the actual contract the same but given bonuses of 3k per game ball awarded. We award an Offensive, Defensive, and special teams game ball. Several players received an extra 12K. Not a huge total I guess, but should be important when Bort institutes the extra stuff players can spend money on, supposedly this season.
