Yup I'm the nice guy and proud of it! I definatly have my faults, but I refuse to act like a "Bad Boy". I will open the door for a women, pull out her chair if were sitting down to dinner.

Some ladies have said that this seems like I don't think women can take care of themselves, but this is not true. I just think it's the gentlemanly thing to do.

I've grew up, and have learned through personal expierence, that any relationships based upon looks, and sex will not last, no matter how much you want it too. True relationships are about connecting heart and mind, (Corny I know, but it's what I believe).

Beauty is truly only skin deep. And a open mind, and a warm heart, will shine far brighter, than any "hot-bod" ever could if it doesn't have the soul to match.

Intelligence,
Compassion,
A sense of humour,
and someone who would understand that if I'm quiet, it doesn't automatically mean there's something wrong with me, it just means I'm undoubtedly reflecting on inner demons.

And she'd have to be her own person. I HATE people who can't keep themselves amused (girls & guys). For crying out loud, we're adults, you know? If you can't find something to do and would prefer to actually sit around saying you're bored all the time, I'm pretty much going to loose interest instantly. It's like read a book, watch a movie, do some writing, listen to music, prepare tomorrow's meal, anything, just don't complain that you are bored.

Plus, someone with as much emotional baggage as I've got, and isn't afraid to talk about it. That way it wouldn't feel like one person is always listening and the other just sitting there, talking, you know?

I wan't a woman that will help me grow as a person, and I can do the same for her. I meant that's what a relationship is.
