She should have her own interests, which I will try to share; and vice versa.
She should NOT be a chatterbox, but be prepared for intelligent discussion and argument.
She should not be a shopaholic; and should enjoy the outdoors.
She will want to get a job in England, and NOT be wanting to just sit at home watching Russian TV all day (more later). I will do all I can to introduce her to life in England, to help her assimilate into the community where we will live together.
She will want to treat me as her soulmate, as I will her, giving her full loyalty and love. But I do have children already, and she must be willing to accept them as my children, as I will accept her's.
She can have a teenage or adult child already, but I do not want any more children. I want to concentrate all my love and devotion on her, and in return she will be financially secure if she outlives me.
I have just sadly had a relationship on this site ended because of language difficulties. I am an engineer and not a linguist, but am trying to learn some words and phrases. Meanwhile I will not start or continue any communicating with a lady who does not have sufficient understanding of written and verbal English so that we can communicate at our first meeting in her city without the aid of a translator; For I now know that serious communication cannot progress with three people involved. I will of course accept a chaperone for any first meeting in Ukraine; noting that I would prefer to meet as soon as convenient, as only in person can each of us learn to fully understand the other person.
Finally, I am very aware that some ladies on these sites use photographs taken many, or at least several, years ago. These may give initial advantage to attracting men, but once we meet and it becomes obvious that the lady is much older than her pictures, then it brings into the relationship right at the start a sense of mistrust due to the lack of truth in not posting current pictures; which may be enough to end the relationship at that first meeting. I am as truthful and honest as I can be (my main picture was taken in April this year, even though I was then not at my best, and am getting slimmer and fitter now through regular effort in my local gym / swimming pool!), and hope to meet a lady who is equally honest and truthful. I must and will trust her for the rest of my life, and I can swear that I will be loyal and fully trustworthy in return; to me faithfulness in a marriage is a 100% requirement.
And no bullies please. Argument is fine (and making up in the marital bed afterwards even better!), but throwing clothes out of windows, and other means of mental and physical bullying is not acceptable in a marriage. I will NEVER bully my partner, and she will usually win any argument with enough female persuasion! 😎
