I am multifaceted guy, soft and warm but at the same time strong man with big M. I have very good social and communication skills and facing challenging discussions and situations at different cuture and people is not a problem for me. I am innovative (funny, grazy, etc.and always trying to be co-operative overall. You might find my soft side but at the same time I am stong man with natural authority.
