I live in America now, and I'm willing to consider finding a wife in St. Petersburg. I was born in St. Petersburg. I like the people there. I can still speak Russian, but not very well, and I'd like to have a Russian speaking wife so that the language would continue to be a part of my family.

English proficiency is important. I want to learn to speak Russian better, but I can't do that from someone who I can't communicate in the first place.
