In a word, I am REAL. Strong but gentle, trustworthy, confident, and natural. I run my own business without letting it run my life. The true measure of a person comes from who we are inside, not just our skills and ability. For some reason, people are drawn to me easily. I am my own man, purposeful and well-grounded, true to myself, with intelligent wit, a subtle sense of humor, and maybe some understated charisma. Reliable, thoughtful, encouraging, a good listener...this also describes me. For my woman I will be her strong shoulder, her safe harbor, and reason to smile. I'm attentive and rather perceptive, the man who will understand her like no one else. Above all I am a GIVER, and looking for the same! A solid foundation in marriage comes with realistic expectations. Perfection is not found in imperfect people) The only "ideal" I look for is an ideal UNION. No challenge is too big for a man and woman teamed up well. It's mainly about working through issues together ~ with the goal of finding a solution, rather than either one winning.

Thousands of beauties here, but I look deeper. For me, who you are as a person matters most. Is clear and open communication important to you? I think it precedes everything good that follows. Is a smile often seen on your face? Do you want the man who feels like your own soul?
These things will resonate to the woman for me. I look for someone with a bright spirit. She is genuine, loyal, smart, kind-hearted, reasonable, and naturally affectionate. Truthful in everything, able to show deep respect for her man, and mature enough to know the effort involved in building something strong and lasting. Some days may not be like heaven, but when two people complement each other, love still feels good.
