Why am I completing this “Description”?

Simply, because I'm about to open a fabulous new chapter in my life. Yes, a quest to search for the partner with whom I shall share and care . . . live and love . . . the rest of this fabulous life.
.

To me, it is of no relevance, whether my soulmate is Asian, Caucasian or Negroid. At this point, my mind holds no clear picture of this person.
.

However, what I do know is, all of the intimate, important liaisons in my life have been fair, blue-eyed damsels, but for some time now, there has been a voice in my head (becoming louder and louder) telling me that my soulmate may have dark hair and dark eyes.
.

I know not where it will lead, but I shall follow the voice! Well, it’s brought me here, hasn’t it?. . . LOL!
.

OK, so now to the boring part (you can tell I'm procrastinating, can't you?). Yes, the "describe who you are" part . . . and since I haven't considered the question (of describing myself) before, I won't provide a spontaneous or flippant response.
.

Instead, I'll seek the advice of friends, for their assessments of my strengths and weaknesses. I can then return with a more detailed description.
.

Although, having completed the incessant questioning on the site, it would seem reasonable to assume that the world now has some (albeit very limited and superficial) idea of what and who I am.
.

Certainly, after a couple of meetings and long chats, it should quickly become clear, whether a person is the kind of person I'm hoping to meet . . . the sound of her voice and what shows through her eyes. Hopefully, that person too, will be just as sure of her feelings about, for and toward me.
.

Since I've taken the plunge and joined the site, I shall look around to see what others say. Who knows, perhaps I'll think of something more, or perhaps it's just that I'm just a bit shy, about baring my soul to the thousands of members you claim to have . . . BUT, I'll be back (hope you don't mind?), because if you're the one, I don't want to miss you, do I?

At this point, may I be so bold as to ask, "Do any of my thoughts or feelings resonate with you?" You see, if my words touch YOUR heart, it may mean MY heart should be with you!

HI, I'M BACK AGAIN! As promised above, here's a little more - a few thoughts that come to mind . . .

MY HEART, MIND AND ARMS are open to all - with one proviso - you must be committed to honesty and fidelity - aside from that . . .
.

AGE is not important - say 20 to 70, although I have known people of 30, who are far too immature and some of 50, who act older than my mother (and you can only have one Mother, can’t you?. . . LOL!).
.

The foregoing is not intended to be evasive, it's just that age is not important to me - people are! Perhaps, for all of you conservatives out there, it will be more acceptable, if I submit a range of say, 38 to 57 (anyway, you know my thoughts on the subject, don't you?) . . .
.

RACE is not an issue - race can't be wrong - people often are . . .
.

COUNTRY is not a problem - travel is inspiring and I love to learn about new cultures and to embrace their customs and cuisines . . .
.

LANGUAGE is not an obstacle - I believe, if necessary, the right person could teach me her language and I could certainly teach her English . . .
.

YES, ISSUES AND CHALLENGES will always arise - these are not problems, rather they are what provide the spices of life . . .

FINALLY, it is my belief that two people moving in the same direction, with positive expectancy, will overcome any adversity and achieve abundant blessings.
