I am an animal,arts,culture and nature lover and a passionate South-African. I have a broad spectrum of friends from Zimbabweans to Venda`s.

My passions are ranging from ballet, opera to the 2nd World War, camping, the outdoors, bush, theatre, rugby, dogs (husky-sledge-running), collecting Royal Dalton, old furniture, art and books. Extreme sports like shark cage diving and sledge-running are a definite.

I believe in the total person and not in sections, and accept anybody that is true to her and me.

I believe in fun, adventure and the basis of humour as the essence of mankind. I believe in laughter and as the poet said:

“…Next to the sea in the autumn,

I believe in experiencing life in all dimensions, to travel, going to auctions and surprising my partner with flowers and dining out. I cannot promise heaven and earth but do know I’m someone who has a great capacity for love and affection and I'm definitely a one-woman man. I am a man who has reached a point in my life where I am tired of playing games and bored of meaningless encounters. I am looking for something special, something different, and something that comes once in a lifetime, a love that is exciting and scary at the same time.

A person that believes in the magic of touch and the awesome feeling of closeness in sleeping spoon and holding hands whilst sleeping or falling asleep.
