I'm an active, outgoing guy who enjoys the outdoors, I like mountainbiking and catching up with friends. I also like going to the gym although I only manage to go twice a week because of the long hours I work and I do night shift so I'm usually a bit tired in the morning. I might not be the fitest guy in town, but I am woking hard at loosing my access weight and have lost about 18 kilo's. I've just started getting back into squash and finding i'm using muscles I haven't used in a long time. I like going for walks and seeing a movie.
