I’m a psychologist — I help people find harmony and meaning in life (and sometimes I even manage to do it for myself 😄). I’m also the author of a magazine column, so writing is part of my everyday inspiration.

In my free time, I travel a lot 🌍, go to retreats, meditate, play the drums 🥁, and enjoy concerts, theater, galleries, and city tours.
