I'm a reliable, loyal, romantic, music and dance loving man. Most of my friends say that I have a dry sense of humour.....I am a budding writer, I gave up a decent job to follow my dream. I'm the sort of person that would rather try something than live in regret for the rest of my life with the famous words: "What If?"

My interests and hobbies include: writing, gothic art, music, fashion, travelling, playing squash, reading, philosophical conversation, just living and discovering life. I'm not money motivated - never have been, never will be, as long as I can pay the rent and out food on the table, I'm happy!!

I like questioning the nature of things - who we are,what is reality, who decides what, etc etc and I am fascinated by the unknown: is there life elsewhere in the universe??? (that's one example!!!)

I prefer people who are themselves and not what others want them to be. I don't care for people who see money and status as their main reason for living, there is so much more to life than that.

I guess I'm a simple man with simple tastes and pleasures, just looking for his soulmate. I have a lot of love to give and no one to give it to....

I'm not here to play games or to write continuous letters that will lead no where....so please, don't try to play with my feelings, I've been let down before and I won't let it happen again! I don't believe in playing with a person's feelings!

If you like rock music and have a good sense of humour then you could be the girl for me!!! If you like Iron Maiden, Rush, Simple Minds and have a "gothish" style, thats even better!!!

Seriously, I'm looking for someone who is loving, loyal, romantic and see's life as an adventure to be shared together. If all you are bothered about is money and status, then I'm not the person you are looking for! Outer beauty does not last forever, inner beauty does.....You don't have to have an excess of bikini photos to impress me! I want to see the real you - what you say and how you look in everyday life is more important, everyone can look different when made up or dressed up, but we aren't like that 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!!!
