i am in construction, i renovate houses and sell them and keep some to rent my passion is to provide housing to the world i was in in sophia bulgaria this year working with a businessman there to build the first modern retirement home there ( the first of many i expect) i have one daughter Courtney. she is in college and will study business and fashion in rome italy this summer i am conversational in spanish and love all languages i play the guitar and sing and i teach ballroom dancing i am content and have always had a positive outlook on life and i love hanging out with friends i am looking for a partner to share my projects with and travel
