on august bank Monday 2005,I had a stroke I cant remember much about this my son and his girl friend had got me an ambulance to hospital once there things are a bit hazy I do remember that after I was ’stabilized and put on a ward I was determined I wasn't going out in a box from the initial hospital in Ashington I was moved to a hospital in Morpeth for Rehabilitation. I could not walk or use my left arm or hand, so I thought at best I would leave, there in a wheelchair .but with alot of hard work and help from the physio department, I walked out , live alone, and attend the gym regually and all my parts required to have a healthy sex life, with a holiday
