I am a Black man who has been married and divorced 2 times; my most recent divorce was in 1990. I also have two adult sons who are men of good moral integrity and valour. I deeply and sincerely believe that life teaches us things that we can grow from in our daily lives, which can assist us as we travel through our path in life.

My character is best described within my words as someone chooses to get to know me. I know I am a man with a caring heart, that is an honourable heart; trustworthy, openly honest as openly communicative; very patient, understanding with genuine love for all things in life; even spiders, unless they are in my house; <smile> Yet, these are things that are best validated through sharing of our ideas, thoughts and more when people get to know each other. So, add all of those attributes with an extremely healthy dose of my own variety of my personal sense of humour and you have begun to understand me much better. I look forward to getting to know you too.

I don't believe there is a "set" style of person or woman. I simply want the woman I am to be with to be caring, understanding, loving and that she has a sense of humour, just like I will be with her. I also want her to be certain that she enjoys her own specific femininity; but yet is also very down to earth and not haughty and conceited to any degree. I would also like that she is the kind of person that really enjoys life itself, even when there seems to be nothing to do and when things seem to be not so enjoyable; through through the good and bad times we all have. She is considered to be, the “woman among women”
