A little about me - I am from the US and run an internet and software development company in
India. As I have been living in India periodically I don’t see any point in just dating in the US.
I also feel that my world is greater by learning about and understanding other cultures. At this
point in my life I am ready to settle down and find a lasting and strong love. Asides from my time
and attention one thing I would hope to share with my partner is my love for the outdoors and
traveling. I like hiking, camping, boating, swimming in the ocean and seeing new places - I have a
doctorate degree in geology and studied glaciology and climate change as I have studied glaciers
in school I always try to see these in person given the opportunity. I also enjoy nice
restaurants, thermal spas and relaxing near the ocean or in the mountains. I have a lot of
interests such as museums, history, art, plays and archaeology, current events, motivational
books, business, fictional history and classic writers. I read a lot and have been mostly reading
books on philosophers and economists. I am passionate and curious about life and want to meet
someone who feels the same way. I believe in living life to its fullest, but this does not mean
that I don't know how to relax and put things aside and focus on the moment. I am a generally happy
person who tries to see the best in a situation and I want to meet someone who is on the same
level and is motivated and active in life. I enjoy exercise and taking care of myself and would
hope to find somebody who feels the same way. As for a philosophy on life I believe that is the
journey not the destination that counts.
