Thought my profile could use a face
lift since I haven't updated it in a while. First, let me start by saying that I am just going to be simply honest here. I am not interested in making myself look better or different than I really am. It may sound rude, but it is not meant that way.

To be upfront and honest about my past, I am a 29yo divorcee with children. So if you are looking for someone that doesn't have a history or baggage, I am not the person for you. I think being open and honest is the key for starting and maintaining any relationship, so best to start that way at the beginning.

I am not superman, or a gorgeous hunk, or a millionaire. I am just me. I think that I am intelligent, funny, hard working, and caring, but that is something you will have to determine for yourself. I am also shy, often quiet, and tend to get lost in my own thoughts or obsess over a problem until I solve it.

I expect a lot from myself, and from everyone around me, and I constantly try to encourage everyone to be the best at whatever it is they choose to do or be, even if I don't agree with their choices.

My interest include art(particularly sketching), music(I play guitar), reading everything I can get my hands on, writing, science, philosophy, spirituality, gaming(I am currently going back to school for a degree in game design), swimming and other water sports, learning anything new, and technology, to name a few. I work at sea so I am gone a lot, at least for the time being, but at least I get to travel.

I am looking for someone that is independent, but willing to be interdependent. I value intelligence, humor, passion, sensuality, a hard worker, honesty, open mindedness, and deep conversations.


I am NOT looking for someone that is self-centered, or only interested in what others can do for them, someone who thinks they can make it through life without hard work, or in someone who is close minded. My views on life, love, and happiness are not mainstream, and I am not interested in trying to conform my life to the bloated expectations of society.
