I'm quirky. I'm cuddly. I'm creative. All that wrapped up in a fairly athletic build that seeks out art all over the world. I'm an artist trapped in an Engineering job. I've traveled a lot and speak bits and pieces of several of languages: French, Romanian, Arabic, Chinese, Spanish... a little English. I'm living in Cairo right now. I have two poodles. There's plenty more. My sense of humor ranges from dark biting irony to slap stick. I'm really down to earth and modest in my demeanor (not much flash and no bling bling necessary)(I do like the fast cars... or I once did)... I love Russian writers. I've read ALL Dostoyevsky, Bulgakov ("Master and Margarita" is a favorite), and Nabokov (except ADA... not one of Nabokov's best) and a lot of Tolstoy ("war and Peace" is beautiful), Chekov, Pushkin and Turgenev, Soljenitsin. My favorite composer is Rimsky Korsakov... but I like Shastakovich a lot too.
My hobbies are as follows:
Little Adventures, reading, writing (poetry, short stories, screen plays and novels), art (canvas and sculpture... steel sculpture), looking at art, SWIMMING! (I'm competitive), baseball, basketball, golf, tennis. Sports. I like drinking beer (or whatever we have...) with friends and having long conversations through the evening with groups of people around the table. I keep up with current affairs, news, and seek out people who can chat on such topics.
I have lived around the world. I plan on living around it a little more. I've traveled through Russia and the Ukraine (Harkov and Dnepropetrovsk only). The Ukraine has big beautiful land, the type that would make American Ranchers Jealous. I'm from Ranch land USA, that would be Tulsa, Oklahoma. I love it there: it's big a beautiful and the people are of the most friendly. There are lots of big lakes and rolling hills and prairie land and rugged individuals.

Spunky, often smiling, funny, more natural than intensely glamorous... I love sparkling eyes and smiling cheeks. Ready to do stupid things, create art together, go on petite adventures that add up to one huge life's adventure... someone with whom life is one long conversation that never ends... Somewhat intellectual, open minded, but willing to fight for a cause, swimmer, camper, snorkeler, boater, sexy and a good cook. Able to drink some vodka on occasion; able to hold great conversation, able to socialize, able to eat a good meal, able to travel on her own or with me, competent, witty, and witty, and funny and funny, and cheery and googly-eyed, and all the rest of the good stuff. 😉
