One of the "Good Ones" looking for that special person to share life's adventures with. I am in the process of getting a divorce not of my choosing and am trying to get custody of the most important person in my life-my 10 year old son. I am,have been and will always be a wonderful father ( I was a great stepfather also-more of a parent to my stepdaughter than her mother). I was a loving, loyal husband and a great provider for my family and I hope to prove that to the right person-the person who deserves all that I can give. I will give to the right person all of me - my heart, my soul, my loyalty, and yes all my love and devotion, and I would expect the same in return. I believe in chivalry and am teaching this to my son. I believe that a man should care for and protect his family. I would give my life for those whom I love. I also believe that a man should not be threatened by a woman who has dreams and aspirations and should do everything in his power to help his wife achieve her goals and dreams and to become all that she is meant to be. Although life has dealt me a terrible blow this year, I am not giving up on love, and I believe that God has a plan for me to meet the one special person that I am supposed to be with for the rest of my life and has led me to this site.

My ideal match first must accept my son and be willing to treat him as her own, he is 10 years old, very intelligent, and very loving. There can be no exceptions to this. If you are beautiful on the outside that is wonderful you have been blessed, however, it means nothing if you do not have beauty on the inside where it counts.(Inner beauty is more important) If you do not understand this then we are not a match. Intelligence is also a plus but not necessary as long as you can carry on decent conversation. My ideal match wants someone to share her innermost self-her hopes and fears and dreams without being judged.
