I've stopped believing I'll find someone to spend my life with but I have a lot to offer someone who is ready, willing and able to appreciate how much better everything is when it's shared and I still have hope you're out there.
I'm a good conversationalist (wow how many letters is that?) and I've learned to appreciate the sound of a voice other than my own. I've probably missed Mrs. Wonderful by being so caught up in what I wanted but I'm better now in some ways; the same in others.
I have to add the obligatory I'm just looking to keep it real but, believe me, it's true.
I don't need a woman to be happy but a when I'm happy the only thing I feel like is missing is a good woman to share it with. No sad sacks and no drama queens... you can get my attention by saying my name better than sulking, screaming or crying.
I love to wine and dine as much as anyone but I've passed the dating scene stage of my life so if you're looking for a bar buddy I'm not your guy. Having said that I don't want to stay in all the time and watch your shows so you'll feel obliged to watch mine.
I've been a professional most of my adult life putting me around professional women and I don't see that changing except for one very important thing... if you feel like your career and friends come before your relationship you are not the woman for me. I believe friends are invaluable and I appreciate wanting to have something to fall back on but second fiddle partners always know the end is coming it's just a matter of when. That part would only apply if we got serious but as I've alluded to I'm not looking for a play-mate... not even a playmate of the year. Pun intended.
If you like to laugh and love your-self look me up because we might be closer to the real thing than we realize.
